Demul is a decent emulator that is has the ability for games to run decently, but is not very powerful. It's currently one of the better emulators for the Sega Dreamcast compared to the rest. It's worth a try to see what games work on your system.

Demul is based out of a group from Russia. They rarely update it, but appear to keep working on it. There has been no new updates since Feb of 2007.
