Nebula is almost is equally great as the MAME emulator. I used it myself while in Iraq and found it to be great for later games such as Marvel Versus CAPCOM. It's nearly glitch free and has various modes for people to use even on the slowest computers. I think Nebula is worth a download and it's worth playing many of the Arcade games out there on the NET.
NEBULA is an emulator for the hardware found in the CAPCOM CPS2 boards. The games that use this hardware include Super Street Fighter, Street Fighter (Alpha, Zero, Alpha 2, etc), games with Marvel characters and Dungeons & Dragons series.
